Hello Anderson Neighborhood Residents,
During your travels, you may have observed that Aiken County Planning has posted notifications along Anderson Pond Road in response to our request for a zoning amendment to a portion of our property on the north side of Anderson Pond Road. This is the zoning amendment the Board recently shared with residents at the meeting at Cherry Park. The upcoming Planning Commission meeting is scheduled for December 18, 2025, at 6:00 PM at the Aiken County Government Building, situated at 1930 University Parkway.
