From The Board...
Part of the attraction of our neighborhood is that an incorporated homeowner’s association (HOA) is in place with regulations designed to protect the value of our neighborhood. The Anderson Farms Property Owners Association (AFPOA) is overseen by a Board of Directors comprised of four volunteers. The Board administers the rules and regulations set forth in the AFPOA governing documents. Additionally, an Architectural Review Board is responsible for ensuring the original vision for the neighborhood is maintained.
