Residents of Anderson Farms,
We have exciting news, Terry Moore, one of our residents on Songbird Ct. and member of the Farm Board, has graciously volunteered to be our new Events Coordinator. She will be planning fun community events throughout the year. If you have any suggestions or ideas, we’d love to hear them and if you’d like to volunteer to help plan events, please reach out.
We are so thankful that many of our residents volunteered their time to cleanup and plant new crops in the community garden. We encourage any resident who is willing and able to help tend to them as they grow. We look forward to a bountiful crop this year. In addition, our hens have begun laying again in earnest, if you have not enjoyed the fresh farm eggs, stop by the chicken coop and community barn to pick some up.
As you may have noticed, many more homes have been built and more coming soon. We also have several new equine residents. It’s important to remind all homeowners that per the covenants, section 11.7 “All horses located in the Project must have a current negative Coggins test and must be current with all worming and immunizations at all times while in the Project.” While we do not require you to submit the results of the Coggins test, we do encourage residents to keep accurate and up to date records.
We are excited about all the wonderful things to come this year as our community continues to grow. We are looking for ways to help better connect our community so stay tuned for more updates.
