ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW BOARD
The Covenants establish an Architectural Review Board (ARB) for purposes of preserving the natural beauty of the neighborhood and its setting, to maintain a pleasant and desirable environment, to establish and preserve a harmonious design for the community, and to protect and promote the value of property.
The mission of the Architectural Review Board is to review all new construction and existing property improvements as defined by the Landscaping and Architectural Guidelines and to uphold the Covenants. The ARB regularly reviews and discusses these procedures to ensure quality, efficiency and understanding.
The ARB meets bi-weekly on Wednesdays at 3 PM to review submissions. Residents are encouraged to attend the meeting with notice to present submission details.
